Analytics Dashboard (AD) is an audio and video quality operations platform of ZEGOCLOUD that helps you comprehensively monitor audio and video services, restore the call quality and interaction scenarios, and easily and effectively locate and troubleshoot issues to improve the audio and video quality and user experience.
To get the most out of Analytics Dashboard (AD), we recommended you use the Video Call/Voice Call/Live Streaming SDK 3.0 and above to further monitor audio and video quality and locate/troubleshoot issues.
Call quality monitoring
Through the Call quality monitoring module, you can easily and effectively locate and diagnose issues and restore the audio and video quality and user interaction experience.
